CTS is leveraging the buying power of the region to negotiate more favorable pricing than any agency could likely purchase independently. Agencies can then obtain licenses through an ILA with CTS rather than having to go through lengthy individual procurement processes. Below is a list of apps in our current portfolio. We are constantly evaluating new products as user requirements expand and evolve.
At the core of the CTS Mobility Services portfolio is a collaboration app called Moxtra – Business Collaboration. Moxtra is a collaboration app deployed to improve multi-agency interoperability and information sharing through group messaging, media/file sharing, and advanced collaboration features within a secured environment with a single, multi-agency directory of users. There are currently users from over 20 agencies throughout the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) region using Moxtra in the private HGAC organization managed by CTS.
